Editors,
List_Tip is described on page 217 of the 16 Nov IBIS 7.0 draft
<https://ibis.org/editorial_wip/ver7_0_181116.docx>, within the list of
Formats. But List_Tip is not a Format and it should be described after
Format. Like Default, List_Tip enhances Format data, it is not the data.
If we agree, is this a change the Editorial Task Group should make now,
or would it call for a BIRD? I'm fine with the latter, since I have a
whole list of improvements that could be made.
