You have a point to make Erich? Make it.
And when I told them my dies had all corroded, they offered to sell me new ones.
I polished them out instead.
I swore by Dillon products for years, glad I don’t have to depend on them
anymore.

Laurie,
The problem could be that Dillon has a No BS guarantee policy based on good
faith, honesty and mutual respect.

They sent me a new primer alert thingy, all I had to do was ask.
I have a spare parts kit for my 650, and had one also for the square deal I
used to have, I replace parts as needed, springs and plastic things that I
consider wear and tear. I wait until I need several replenishments for the
spare parts kit before I put in a call.
Through 5 or 6 years of loading 45 on the square deal I broke a handful of the
link arms, one handle, and developed a crack in the main frame. Dillon sent a
return shipping label for the whole press. I made small scribe markings on all
the main parts, they sent me back a brand new press other than the tool head
and dies.
At that same time I upgraded to a 650 and was able to sell the square deal as
like new condition.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dillon

good in your case, but Dillon has cancelled lifetime warrantys on electronic
products bought with that representation in place. If such a product fails, it
is replaced with one without the lifetime warranty.

Well, I must say I’m disappointed in Dillon Precision. It took them a whole 2
working days to send me my free parts to get my 650 back up and running – along
with the other free parts they sent me just because I asked for them. Did they
offer to hand deliver the parts and install them for me? No. Did they offer
to send me any X-rated photos of their Blue Press cover model? No.
Jeez, Mike Dillon would be turning over in his grave. ;-)
