I used to have, I replace parts as needed, springs and plastic things that
I consider wear and tear. I wait until I need several replenishments for
the spare parts kit before I put in a call.
Through 5 or 6 years of loading 45 on the square deal I broke a handful of
the link arms, one handle, and developed a crack in the main frame. Dillon
sent a return shipping label for the whole press. I made small scribe
markings on all the main parts, they sent me back a brand new press other
than the tool head and dies.
At that same time I upgraded to a 650 and was able to sell the square deal
as like new condition.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dillon

good in your case, but Dillon has cancelled lifetime warrantys on
electronic products bought with that representation in place. If such a
product fails, it is replaced with one without the lifetime warranty.
