I had owned this lower since before I moved to MA, so I don't even remember
if its in the MA registry.

You actually can’t any longer, the system no longer allows 0.00 as a

You can sell lowers or full rifles assuming it was possessed before the
edict. Even if it was not built out & EFA-10’d, as long as you have a legit
dated bill of sale as proof - should be GTG & no EFA-10.
I’ve seen stripped lowers between $300-500 (or more, and not even high
quality manufactures)
