Without getting into the absurdity of filing an FA-10 on a bare lower, private
transfers are fine. KGL

You can sell lowers or full rifles assuming it was possessed before the edict.
Even if it was not built out & EFA-10’d, as long as you have a legit
dated bill of sale as proof - should be GTG & no EFA-10.
I’ve seen stripped lowers between $300-500 (or more, and not even high
quality manufactures)

I have a 9mm AR that I am thinking about selling.
Comes with 4 pre-ban uzi magazines.
16 inch barrel.
The conversion kit (mag block, upper, bolt, etc) was from Daytona Tactical.
Paid like $450 for it I believe (no lower).
Overall it runs normal ammo well for a 9mm AR, I typically use 124gr to be
safe.
Maybe 800-1000 rounds through it?
Make an offer if you're interested... I would like to sell it without the
lower, so you would be getting the upper, mag block, buffer tube and
follower, magazines, and whatever other pieces you want to scavenge from my
lower. Also, I have no idea if we can even sell lowers anymore after
you-know-who-did-you-know-what. Can provide pictures and happy to meet up for
a test run if you are interested.
Its lots of fun to shoot, but I don't use it and need to free up space under
my pillow.
