You actually can’t any longer, the system no longer allows 0.00 as a barrel
length or ‘multi’ as a caliber.

You can sell lowers or full rifles assuming it was possessed before the
edict. Even if it was not built out & EFA-10’d, as long as you have a legit
dated bill of sale as proof - should be GTG & no EFA-10.
I’ve seen stripped lowers between $300-500 (or more, and not even high
quality manufactures)

lower. Also, I have no idea if we can even sell lowers anymore after
you-know-who-did-you-know-what. Can provide pictures and happy to meet up
for a test run if you are interested.
Its lots of fun to shoot, but I don't use it and need to free up space
under my pillow.
