Thanks,

I downloaded /hipl/contrib/kernel/rpm/i386

new-kernel-pkg --mkinitrd --depmod --install --make-default 2.6.24.3-1FATAL:
Could not open '/boot/System.map-2.6.24.3-1': No such file or directoryNo
modules available for kernel "2.6.24.3-1".mkinitrd failed

My kernel: uname -a

Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.23.17-88.fc7 #1 SMP Thu May 15 00:35:10 EDT
2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

I don't find the problem in the installation of the kernel
