Folks. I talked to some of the Zurn plumbing guys and they mentioned that
our HOA decided not to replace faulty building shut off valves and thus
when someone has an emergency repair all units are affected. Not sure if
this is true but that's what I was told by the source. Maybe this should be
an agenda item for Monday's meeting.
