I'm unaware of the decision that is being referenced. It's possible
that it was discussed at a Board meeting a long time ago.
We can have Zurn plumbing come out to locate and test each building's
water shutoff valve. When future plumbing emergencies arise, CMA will
be better able to help with this information.
Please bring this topic up at Monday's meeting. This is where we will
gather feedback on what is important to the community, so that we can
address those needs in the coming year.

You might need to shut off water to the entire community (valve is outside
of the gate). HOA made a decision not to replace the individual building
valves so this is how we have to deal with emergencies now.
