We finally have all of the vendors lined up for the mailbox project.
Initial work will begin on Saturday, so it will be necessary for you to
remove your mail by tomorrow (Friday) night. The post office will
re-collect any mail in the mailboxes on Saturday.

Friday Evening 11/22 - Everyone should check their mailbox one last time
Saturday 11/23 - Post office will remove master locks and re-collect any

Wednesday 11/27 - P3 finishes stucco demolition and framing work

Monday 12/2 - Tentative date for new mailbox installation
Tuesday 12/3 - Tentative date for P3 to begin stucco work
12/3 - 12/9 - Stucco work / Mailbox locks get installed / Bulletin board

Mail Thefts:
Mail thefts are continuing with the most recent theft taking place Tuesday
afternoon. Some mail was stolen from the second panel (units 402 - 701).
This has been reported to the post office.
Mail Delivery:
Due to ongoing mail thefts, it looks like mail delivery has been halted as
of yesterday, until we get the new mailboxes installed. Packages should
continue to be delivered to your door step as usual.

Sunday CLOSED
Key Distribution:
Look for an announcement during the week of 12/2 regarding the key
distribution process.
