All,
The mailbox panel for units in the 100, 200 & 300 buildings was once again
left unlocked by the mail carrier after Saturday's delivery (which was not
completed till after 9pm). This would be the first mailbox panel on the
left side in the mailbox alcove.
So if you live in Units 101-308, your mail is unsecured probably until
Monday's delivery.
Might be a good time to revisit this matter, as it was suggested back in
July 2015 that bids would be obtained for replacement, but to date there's
no evidence this was addressed. And in December of 2015, units within those
three buildings went 2 weeks without mail delivery because of a broken
panel lock. Let's address this known issue.
