Hi HOA Board,
My name is Rich Georgino and I own unit 905. A few weeks ago I notified Branda
at CMA that the gutter out of my place is clogged and needed cleaning. Just
this past Thursday a small water leak has damaged the interior wall, see the
picture attached.
I notified Branda of the damage, she replied that the gutter cleaning is
delayed and no date is set for the gutter maintenance. She also stated that
the damage in my responsibility to fix.
As I understand, HOA has the responsibility to maintain the outer structure,
and the gutters fall under that responsivity. But, I had to bring it to CMA's
attention for cleaning.
I am very concerned and would like the gutters cleaned ASAP to stop adding to
the damage to my place. Plus, I believe the HOA show covers the cost to repair
any damage caused by the lack of gutter maintenance.
