I had the same problem last year. Fortunately there wasn’t any water damage .
CMA sent out a person who did not have a ladder big enough to reach the roof.
And told me the gutter was not blocked. I had to take videos of the water
pouring over to get someone back. Then they told my take everything was fine
without going up to the roof. After I badgered them to go up on the roof and
look they finally did. And I was right the gutter was clogged. CMA will not do
anything unless you make them.

of damage caused by the association's failure to clean the gutters after he
gave CMA prior notice of the gutter condition? When can we get someone to the

I am very concerned and would like the gutters cleaned ASAP to stop adding
to the damage to my place. Plus, I believe the HOA show covers the cost to
repair any damage caused by the lack of gutter maintenance.
