Can the board collectively figure out how to place entrance and exit only
signs on the gates to prevent vehicles using the wrong exit after years of
discussing it? Damage to the gates is visible on both by the broken teeth at
their base, from being hit by vehicles not knowing how to exit or not caring. I
am personally tired of seeing my HOA dues being raised every year and spent on
abused mechanicals without any emphasis on their preservation. We spent
considerable funds last year on cleaning, exterminating the rats and repairing
the trash compactor only now to buy a new one in less than 8 months. Most of us
living on the north side with a view of the entrance constantly see vehicles
trying to exit through the entrance gate. Is there any discussions on improving
these issues other than throwing our money at it and funding CMA?
