We are aware of the signage issue, and a project is under way to review
and update the neighborhood signage. Specifically, adding a "Not an
Exit" sign to the inside of the front gate is on the list. The
unofficial meeting minutes of the January meeting will be published to
this mailing list within a week or two.

This is Wendy from unit #506.
I’m not sure how the gate broke, but I’ve noticed some visitors get
confused as to how to get out. They think the entrance is also the exit. If
a sign is out on the inside of the gate that says not an exit it may clear
up confusion and possibly prevent further damages. Just a thought.
