I just spoke with the investigator at my door and he said there were two kids 
who were breaking into cars on Jackson St. on Tuesday night. He was looking to 
see if anyone on this side of the complex had a ring camera in view of the 
incident. I thought he was legitimate after our conversation, but I called APD 
to make sure and they confirmed he was. I have attached his business card in 
the event any of you witness any unusual activity. He mentioned to call his 
cell # and that there is no voicemail.

The same detective just called me randomly on the call box. We got cut off but 
he was asking to be let in. I didn't let him before it got disconnected. But He 
said he wanted to ask questions to those on the Jackson Street side about a 
break in. The call box disconnected before I could get any other info. I 
thought that approach was weird as well. Perhaps it was something nearby. He 
said he wanted to see if folks had camera or door cameras? He didn't call me 
back after it was disconnected though.

can have a gun and as bags is pretty easy to fake. Was there an incident in
