The homeowner is at home and allowing this, and there were 5 individuals in 
that 1-bedroom unit overnight (including himself).
Most of the folks he's allowing to stay either inside his unit or garage appear 
to be homeless. They are being picked up and shuttled to/from unit early 
morning/late night after sunset and before sunrise.

know the sons phone number he's away in college 45 minutes away I'll call him 
and notify him of what's going on at his father's home and see if he could
