Morning all -
The first thing we should be doing is starting to assess fines on the unit and
notifying the owner of such. Is CMA doing even that?
One for the trash (which I saw as well last night as I drove through) and
another for “renting” the unit without authorization- that’s a hefty daily fine
which will accrue and usually will light a fire to get people to take action.
Why can’t we change the walk in gate code again ASAP?
I know all of these are little actions but they are the least of what we should
be doing now, while we sort through to bigger things.
Lastly, we have enough lawyers in this community and a few who work at the city
and state level, that we should be able to get this resolved quickly and
efficiently for the neighborhood and those living closest to 1006 and dealing
with it before this escalates.

police on 1006 arguing and threatening each other at the top of their lungs.
I credit you noticing the peculiar activity going on next door. But you and
the board are sort of useless in helping or getting anything resolved. Your
inaction is as frustrating to deal with as it is to watch cars trying to exit
through the entrance gate. Telling me I have to wait 30 days is unacceptable.

I have received the police here 3 times confronted this group of vagrants
coming and going all hours of the night playing music loud and chirping the
alarm (now they are piling up bags of garbage in the drive way). The police
have filed reports, however the first thing they asked approaching their door
" don't you have management here and why is there a lock box on the door
(1006)". My answer "I guess we do and the lock box has been on the door for
the six years I've lived here!
Alex you and the other board members should know, whatever great job you
think you doing is only amongst yourselves. The rest of us are dealing with
issues as best we can.
