You all sound incredibly insensitive, although they may seem "scary" to some,
homeless people are still people. Please stop flooding my inbox with
complaints. Maybe arrange an emergency meeting for those concerned. Read the
Atlanta laws regarding this and the home owners documents. If you are concerned
about this, then take action rather than complaining. The person in the unit
probably has some rights if they want to do this, but obviously noise, safety,
and trash are not something neighbors want to deal with.

Most of the folks he's allowing to stay either inside his unit or garage
appear to be homeless. They are being picked up and shuttled to/from unit
early morning/late night after sunset and before sunrise.
