I had issues with BeUnited a while back, with my previous Swedish ISP, and that may be relevant now that Haiku and BeUnited share server.
I'm sorry to say I never figured out the nature of the unreachability.
IIRC, I could be wrong, DNS worked and the correct IP was returned, but I just couldn't get there. I have no idea how that could have been.
