[openbeos] Messenger availability...

An idea that Helmar threw up (which I think is a good one) is to have
messaging built in. This would allow such things as going to the correct
"forum" for help on a particular app or to do a particular thing. If we
added a generic interface then we could allow modules to be written for the
popular services and maybe then have a central place to start/manage them?
I think it's a good idea, though R2 territory I think :)
