That will indeed explain these:

Time to open the box and remove what is not usefull anymore :-)

On a more serious tone, Haiku should handle such situation better than
it does currently, aka panicking.
At least, this kind of fatal loader error some be display on screen,
not hidden in some obscure log.
Feel free to file an enhancement ticket.
