Here is what I have. The jamrules seems to be working fine, but
linkcatkeys is failing to work for some other reason. It's not easy to
identify the problem because the pretty error printing function says
"unknown error 2147483661", which is not so pretty. I'll try to find
the problem by adding some extra debug output...
