Graphite2 is optional but pretty much a standard dependency, thus why the
harfbuzz recipe includes it.
Probably only the app_server will ever use the gcc2 harfbuzz lib, so it can
be left out.
GLib is needed for the tools, it can be left out for a gcc2 harfbuzz
recipe, which only provides the library.
