Started a new thread as the questions are no longer related to Licensing.
asm/atomic.h requires declarations of functions atomic_cmpset_int and
atomic_load_acq_int. Any help with those?
Also, the FreeBSD implementation of linux/mutex.h has used a structure "sx"
included by sys/sx.h, which according to the documentation is similar to
rwlock. What should be done for a working implementation of mutex.h?
