[haiku-doc] User guide translations in alpha2

Hi there!
With alpha2 almost among us, we should decide which translations should
appear in the alpha2 image. Missing pages will show the English
original, but having every other page missing, isn't helping anyone...
If we want to only publish (nearly) finished translations, that would
limit it to French, German, Russian and Spanish.
Last checkout into SVN so Ingo can add the latest impovements is on May
7th. Until then every contributer should have a look what's still
missing. Even formerly 100% finished translations became "fuzzy" in
some areas; I also added a WebPositive "stub" page that would need your
attention.
I also plan to add Touchpad preferences. I'm waiting a few more days to
see if #5844 is going to be addressed in time.
Anyway, what do you guys say?
