Dear Haiku developers,

I'd like https://review.haiku-os.org/c/haiku/+/3642 to be merged as it
fixes the "critical issue" https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/16476
holding up beta 3.

This was merged.

https://review.haiku-os.org/c/haiku/+/4103 is another last-minute ask.
I see no issues with it, so unless someone has commentary I plan on
merging it as well later today.

R1/beta3 has been branched!!

I'm spinning up our builders for the R1/beta3 toolchain containers
and will hopefully have the first Test Candidate images soon :-)

Once these are available, we'll need to update the haikuporter builders.
