[haiku-development] Fixing bugs

I should have asked this long time ago, but how do the process of fixing
bugs from tracker look like?
If I like to fix a bug that I see in tracker how do I go about to inform
others? Can I take any one of the bugs or do we have some setting we set
the bugs in when we work with them?
