PANIC: cache destroy: still has partial slabs

 This is #10061.

Issue is not present on ram-disk. Longest IO duration time is 0.1
 seconds.

 This makes sense, then, because the page_writer is obviously not used on a
 RAMDisk, as the pages are only in memory.
