I can't seem to easily reproduce this, but I also did not replicate your
exact setup...
Can you please replicate this, and then drop into KDL, find a thread that
is waiting on I/O (besides your test program, of course), and then print
the object it's waiting on? (The "threads" list will display what and its
address/ID, and then you can use the relevant command e.g. sem, mutex,
etc.)
