[haiku-3rdparty-dev] Problem sending/receiving app defined msgs

I am working on some code to send app defined messages between applications.
After sending app
defined messages to an app with no errors, they are not received in
MainWindow::MessageReceived().
I have tried sending with both be_roster->Broadcast(), and
BMessenger/SendMessage using team_id
to identify the target app.
Are there any known issues with this?
