[guispeak] Problem with computer

Hi everyone,
I have a qqproblem with my little sister's computer I need some help
with. Last night when she turned on her computer she couldn't get
her flat panel monitor to work. It only showed "Out of range" on the
screen. Do anyone no what can be causing that? I went and checked
her video drivers and her display settings and I didn't find anything
wrong with those. I did a windows up date and downloaded an up date
for her video card and that didn't fix the problem. So only thing I
can see is it being the monitor itself. I appreciate any help on this matter.
