Well me and my mum were very close. We always did things together like putting the washing out on the line although being blind mum would never allow me to get lazy no way she use to walk behind me out of back door with my hand along the wall. Once at corner I stopped I would feel for the weely bin then knew then I had to slowley walk around that bin then hold on to another wall till we came to her lounge window Mum then got hold of my arm and take me up on the grass and say right carol push that sheet over the line then peg it. I felt good because taking part in helping mum she is called violet elazebeth anyway once washing was hun on line she took me back. We would go in kitchen I would sit on stool chatting while mum was cooking the tea loved it. I buttered the bread while she was peeling the spuds she then told me to go in her dining room to set the table for 4. our James and mathew were eating on the big coffee table in lounge then me julie and wayne always sat at table oh loved getting involved. mum then would tell me to take serviettes in . wow she kept me busy. WHEN Saturday came i loved it my favourite day as mum would phone me tell me she is coming to fetch me to go on our local market as it was great then I got ready got my money she ring door bell shout right Carol come on not got all day hahahahahahaha oh she was so funny with her statements . we walk to market mum was always stopped on way by people she knew We go round the market great buy somthing for both of us. We loved sitting in the cafe on market having egg on toast cuppa chatting to people in the cafe Oh by the way my mum was a proper chatterbox hahahahahaahha I never got word in edge ways yes I know bet you find that hard to believe god ful truth. After cafe went in buctures for mums meat. then for news aper then head home Oh loved it you know missing all that. Every tuesday and thursday my mum called to my flat for cakes and cuppa. she would sit on my settee in here take her shoes off then raed the paper to me ah it was lovely having mum here if she alive now she would love my flat. We always went to visit my aunties and uncle for cuppa Julie and wayne were never in always out with the kids doing their own things I used to go to mums every Friday to look after James and mathew mum always put us nice tea up while julie and wayne went out mum played cards with me and the boys on coffee table. she would give us all kinds of cakes and drinks then me and mum chatted while kids wer up stairs on their play station. I use to get fed up with our mathew though because I had to suffer the dvd's of the simpsons every week Hulma simson and bart simsom you might remember the simptoms they were charaters so funny very popular then i got sick of it use to yearn my head off hahahahahahahahaahha Oh it haunted me he would have it on in the morning I would shout oh no bloody hell not again happy times the kids played with my dominoes and cards braille ones and scrabble while mum was on settee raeding her magazines when julie wayne and kids went on holiday for week me and mum had great time together I stayed at her house for week she be kniting while I wer listening to my audio books on my cd walkman autobiography she be making us both sandwiches and cups of tea in between loved it we both did house work together mum be ding down stairs I would be cleaning upstaires then we both stop for cakes and cuppa in nice weather both sit out on the pathio garden table and chairs she even brought me chips out one day made chip muffins we had chat then orange juice when she went in kitchen washing up I listened to mums radio on the table outside oh loved my mum being with me Happy times love Carol xxxx
