Good morning all Yes,its what we eat is how we feel now if I eat fast food such as burgers iI can feel lousy next day and also tired too . If I eat lots of cheese too or sauces can make me suffer form bad heart burn and bad indegestion. I am trying to eat healthier . I noticed if I eat healthy meal night before such as chicken dinner plenty of vegetables i feel good in myself makes all the difference in the world its what you eat that makes you feel good or not Love Carol xxxx
