Hi Jenny, yes I certainly slept well after having my medicine glad you did too.
How cool you had that medicine for breakfast too I love that chocolate spread
yummy.I hope you had a good day. I had a lovely time at riverside club even
though I didn't win at bingo or the raffle it's always the taking part and
having fun that counts of course. Lovely to catch up with everyone. I'm having
