Unfortunately your logfile doesn't cover the time of the userenv error.
Looks to me like it couldn't find the domain controller to get the policy
list and so continued the logon with a local (cached) profile and policy
settings. Try making the following registry change which forces the
machine to wait for the domain (in this case up to 60 seconds, retrying
every 2 seconds) and see if it works:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]
"GroupPolicyRefreshTime"=dword:0000001e
"GroupPolicyRefreshTimeOffset"=dword:0000000f
"UserPolicyMode"=dword:00000001
"GroupPolicyMinTransferRate"=dword:000001f4
"GpNetworkStartTimeoutPolicyValue"=dword:0000003c

We use it on our wireless laptop carts which would periodically appear to
login but didn't really (no network drives or scripted printer because of
the lack of DC).
