Steve-
I just want to loop back around here (no pun intended). So, where you're at 
right now is that during Computer Restart, software installation policy is 
failing and you're getting 1053 errors, correct? Does other computer policy run 
during restart? Also, have you look at the userenv.log file to see what its 
showing during that time?
