I'd vote for a 1200 start but 1100 would be my second choice. I'm flexible. If 
we actually get the predicted 55 degrees on race day it should be a lot of fun!

Jim Groves and I are game, assuming I can get the ice and snow off the boat and 
get the engine started. Having passed the point that we celebrate the New Year 
excessively, we'd prefer an early start.
