If you want the best experience, I would say you need to purchase 3 apps,
but you would only run 2 at a time. For navigation and following roots, I
would suggest getting the navigon mobile navigator, and the TomTom gps app.
This is because each one uses different maps, and some of the features are
slightly different. However, you would use one or the other here, not both
at the same time. For determining where you are, the sendero look around app
will tell you your closest streets, as well as provide the closest addresses
and points of interest. You would then enter a destination in to either
navigon or TomTom, then once you're following the root, open the sendero
app. There's really no need to switch back to the app that is following the
root unless you want to change the destination. Sure, it's a few different
apps, but you're paying about $100 compared to several hundred. Of course,
each person must use what works best for them and what they can afford, but
for me, this se
