My help files for my GPS are on my compact card so I cannot access them
without the card in the VocieNote. It works if I reset, but if I turn
the VoiceNote off, it has to be reset again when I turn it on. It will
say "GPS help" but it does not say anything after that. Unless, I stick
the Wireless card in the back slot. I can remove the Wireless at this
point and the help items continue to work until I shut the VocieNote off
again.

Also, where do I get the February download for the new map information?
Thanks

Hello,
Could you give me more information, have you done any resets lately? try
a plane reset and let me know what happens.
I just tried with no cards in my mPower and I get help messages. I
don't think where the card is in the mPower would make any difference as
far as getting help.

Now can you receive any other help messages such as in the main menu?
Chris
