Don't forget the very small BrailleNote PK, which is around a pound and is very nice.

If size is a serious consideration, then consider the following. The VoiceNote and BrailleNote are the size of a small laptop computer. The Trekker is hand-held. Both units use small GPS receivers about half the size of a pack of cigarettes on average.

In my reading, it appears that if you get Trekker 2.7 you have three components to carry around. If you use the Voice Note, how many components do you have to carry around? Sorry, I keep thinking of additonal things I need to know. I wants as few things to carry around as possible, and, of course, I wants them as little as possible.
