Jim you were write when doing an upgrade you need to do the reset with 4-5 not 4-5-6. You just need the nk.bin file if you already have buld 20. Did you prepare your sd card and make sure it was the right size? Sorry if you have it fixed now.

Hi, well the reason I left dot six out was because the
instructions only
said dots 4 and 5, but, I'll try it. Thanks, Jim

Dots 456 = the 'hard' reset. (You left out dot 6 in what you
said.)

Hi Kevin, well I am going from Build 20 to 28. I don't get
announcements
of
new builds so didn't even know about it. I tried to install 28
but when I
did the reset with dots 4-5 I got a low beep followed by a three
note
ascending sound. Since then, nothing has happened. What do you
make of
this? Jim

Jim,

The only thing that was fixed in Build 28 was an issue with
printing via
USB, which was introduced in Build 27.

Hi and thanks Charles for the quick work, especially during the
holidays!
I read one email last night about a person having problems with
GPS 4.1
and the last keysoft build for 7.5 build 28. I was not aware of
build
28
until then. I have not yet downloaded and installed KS 7.5 build
28,
but
if I do, will GPS 4.22 work? Thanks, Jim

Hello Sendero GPS 4.2 users,

Shortly after the release of version 4.2, we discovered a couple
problems, which we have now fixed. The new version is 4.22 and
you
should
download and install your serialized copy via the mysendero
website.
This 4.22 release fixes a reset and a bluetooth connectivity
issue.

Log into your account with your serial number and password to
download
your copy of GPS 4.22. This should be installed over your
previous 4.2
or
4.2.1 version.
Remember to do the three-finger reset always required for a new
installation. That is Reset with SDF on the QWERTY keyboard or
Reset
with
dots 123 on the BT keyboard units.

Note: If you have a license for version 4.2 and have not yet
installed
it, it is not necessary to install the older version before
installing
4.22.

Sorry for the trouble of multiple releases. We hope you
appreciate our
quick attention to fixing a bug.

All the best for the remainder of the holidays.
