Ramy, Try alcohol on a soft cloth to clean the display. Sometimes the dot pins stick because either the pins are dirty or the holes are clogged. Write a line with all dots and clean the dots that way. Then write spaces to make them all go down. Don't rub the display hard, just wipe it. I hope that will solve the problem. If you say the pin goes down when you hit it, then it probably means it's just a little sluggish.
