Hello,
It is possible your display needs cleaning. Dampen the corner of a paper towel
with cleaning alcohol, and make sure is damp only, not wet or dripping. With
display off, rub gently back and forth across the display. Turn on display.
If problem persists, repeat above.

I have a very hard issue, a dot in my braille lite 18 go up and refuse to go
