I understand dear friend, I am pressing the control key and then the down
arrow key, as I have always said but now it does not want to play the piece
and it only plays the first note or sometimes the program goes crazy

The problem I have is that when I use the down arrow control keys to play the
piece, it does not work only to play the first note of the score, but when I
press the control and H keys if it plays the whole piece, before I used the
down arrow control to be able to play it or touch it but not anymore and I
don't know

Make sure the menu item Edit, Preferences, Lime Lighter Arrow Keys is not
checked. It might not even exist which is the way it should be for GOODFEEL
customers.
Also, are the Lime scripts working?
