Make sure the menu item Edit, Preferences, Lime Lighter Arrow Keys is not
checked. It might not even exist which is the way it should be for GOODFEEL
customers.
Also, are the Lime scripts working?

what I mean is the following: when I have a score loaded in the program and I
am going to play it with the control keys arrow down Line does not want to play
it, it only plays it when I use the control keys + the H key
