Hola amigo,
Are you first holding down the control key and then pressing the down arrow
key? It is important to understand the order of the sequence. Hold CONTROL
key and then type the down arrow key. I am sorry if I am explaining something
which you already know. But pressing down arrow first and then the control key
is the wrong approach.

The problem I have is that when I use the down arrow control keys to play the
piece, it does not work only to play the first note of the score, but when I
press the control and H keys if it plays the whole piece, before I used the
down arrow control to be able to play it or touch it but not anymore and I
don't know

Make sure the menu item Edit, Preferences, Lime Lighter Arrow Keys is not
checked. It might not even exist which is the way it should be for GOODFEEL
customers.
Also, are the Lime scripts working?
