Asuming you're asking about print music:
guitar music is typically written on the treble cleff, transcribed up one octave.
I'm not sure about picking directions, but hammer-ons and pull-offs are slurs.

In Braille, octave signs and slurs are used. Picking in Braille is usually the letter u or the letter v lined up under the note in question. at least that's how I've seen it.

If piano music is written on a grand staff, and a pentatonic scale played on guitar is written on a single line what are the music symbols for the down stroke and the up stroke of the plectrum? And if i were to write a pentatonic scale with hammer ons and pull offfs, what symbols would i use to notate a hammer on or pull off?Whare do i begin when trying to transcribe what i am playing on guitar? Thank you.
