[gmpi] 3.11 topic: Inter-parameter linkages

It was asked if we should have a way for a plugin to expose inter-parameter
links. For example, B depends on A. More complexly, B is inversely
proportional to A.
I have not seen a use case that supports this need. Does anyone have a use
case?
Q: Is it necessary to have the plugin state dependencies at all?
Q: If yes, is it necessary to have the plugin state the flavor of the
relationship (direct, inverse, log, etc)?
