As far as Eagles ..  I'd just avoid it totally.  Earlier this year we tried
to do Dam View.  The area was closed for "Eagle Resting".  The Feds are very
protective of their National Bird.  And, as well meaning as some people are
..  someone would think "not me."    Want eagles --  the Chain of Rocks
Bridge is a good place to see eagles.

Sometimes, one will stray inland and all we need to do is look up.

Meanwhile, will try to get that cache in soon...
